"Heather is always very courteous and genuinely concerned when calling with an issue at my State Farm agents office. I called due to an issue with a claim and she worked expeditiously in getting it to the correct corporate team for re-evaluation. Once it was in the correct persons hands, the issue was analyzed and resolved to a final resolution immediately. I do not believe my issue would have been fixed if it was not for Heather getting me to the correct resource and having it escalated. It is talented people like her that ultimately brings customer delight and keeps State Farm customers happy and long term with the company. I truly appreciate everything she did for us in resolving our issue. Thank you!"
