"On an extremely short notice, Heather at Tom Kanaly's office in Fern Creek Kentucky sent to us a binder insurance document listing a newly purchased property as our home address. We needed this document in order to update our driver's licenses in Kentucky. Heather saved our day for sure as at the time Kentucky was transitioning to a new licensing system. We were able to get our licenses changed/updated only because of what Heather did for us. THIS is service extraordinaire."
